What comes inside a standard Plate Crate?
Each crate is packed with 6-8 high-quality items including training aids, baseball gear, snacks, and exclusive apparel designed to improve your game.
When will my subscription box ship?
We ship our monthly crates between the 5th and 10th of every month. Once your crate leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing cycle begins.
What is your return policy for individual items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened individual items. Please note that items from the monthly subscription crates are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Plate Crate to ballplayers worldwide in the near future.
How do I choose the right apparel size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable athletic fit.
